Can you set it up as a shared, but not editable, doc so I can access we can access it through our saved docs on Google?

What I meant was, can it be shared with all of us like BWanna's spreadsheet so that if I go in through Google, I can open it there without having to come to this site?

And that goes for anyone that would like to have this option. Just send me your email and I will add your email to the users that can view the text document.
If anyone has any ideas on how to improve this very simple OpenOffice document feel free to throw anything out there that could be done to improved this very simple document
