Keeper deadline Just a reminder to make sure you have your keepers posted and finalized by Dec 8th -- Between 4 and 7 MLB keepers, and between 2 and 4 minor league keepers.
(Remember that minor league keepers have to have 50 or fewer career innings pitched or 130 or fewer ABs to be kept on your minor league roster.)
Rules state that the draft starts on the first Friday of the new year, which is Jan 1. I'd suggest we can start then if someone is ready, but not start the clock on picks until Monday, Jan 4th.
Any problem with that?
Minor league keepers Another reminder that if you have at least 2 farm players on your roster from last season that still qualify as minor leaguers, you must keep at least 2.
If you don't have 2 farm-eligible players you'll be given additional picks to fill your farm roster **after** the minor league draft is completed.
Also last season, we accidentally extended the minor league draft an extra round, from 2 rounds after the supplemental draft to 3 (total of 5 including supplemental). Do we want to go ahead and officially add a 3rd round?

I'm good with the MLB draft start date and as far as the MiLB draft, whatever works for everyone is fine for me.

Whatever can give us an equal number of farm hands.

I'm good with this.
Also, I'd be willing to deal a prospect for a draft pick if anyone needs one.
